Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide detailed information on automotive products and features to customers.
- Conduct needs analysis in collaboration with customers to identify suitable products.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge within the dealership.
- Manage the test drive process efficiently and professionally.
- Support Sales Advisors during sales consultations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main contact for customers with inquiries about product usage and functions.
