Requirements

NYS Inspector license required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Positive, friendly attitude, along with eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Attention to detail required

Responsibilities

Complete pre-delivery inspection of new vehicles manufacturer Specifications
Complete NY State Inspection of sold vehicles
Install accessories on sold vehicles
Complete used car inspections and mechanical repairs to prepare vehicle for saleable inventory
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Communicate with Service Advisor
Execute repairs to dealership and manufacturer specifications
