St. Charles Hyundai is looking for a motivated, dependable Sales Lot Porter to help keep our inventory and showroom in top shape while supporting our fast-paced sales department. What We Offer: Paid holidays and vacations Paid Training Advancement Opportunity Vision and Dental Insurance 401K Life Insurance Long-term/short-term disability Professional and respectful work environment Company-paid health insurance Weekly Pay Responsibilities: Maintain organization and presentation of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory Move vehicles safely around the lot and showroom Ensure vehicles are properly parked and aligned Install stock tags and assist with inventory management Keep lot clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times Assist the sales team with vehicle pulls and deliveries Check in new vehicle arrivals and verify equipment Perform general lot upkeep including trash removal and snow removal (seasonal) Requirements: Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout the shift Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen About Us: St. Charles Automotive has been a family-owned dealer group since 1979.
