About The Position
The position involves various responsibilities related to customer service and vehicle maintenance at a dealership. The role includes shuttling guests or customers as necessary, assisting them with questions, and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, the position requires washing and detailing all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality, as well as picking up or delivering parts and vehicles as needed. Maintaining vehicle inventory and keeping the vehicle lot neat and orderly are also key responsibilities. Light janitorial duties, such as cleaning the driveway and sidewalks, are part of the job, including removing snow and debris as necessary. The role also involves assisting the service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles, and checking gas levels in vehicles twice a week. Overall, the position requires maintaining organization of customer vehicles in the service lot.
