About The Position

CAPITAL of Greensboro is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Porter/Valet . This role's main responsibility is to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and providing valet services. The Automotive Porter/Valet plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for both customers and dealership staff. Automotive Porter/Valet Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO 401(K) Automotive Porter/Valet Responsibilities: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot Ensure that vehicles are properly staged, parked, and arranged according to dealership standards Perform regular inspections for cleanliness and report any issues to appropriate departments Provide valet services for customers visiting the dealership Greet customers, assist with parking, and retrieve their vehicles upon departure Offer a warm welcome to customers and assist with any questions or requests Assist with managing vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations and availability All other duties assigned Automotive Porter/Valet Requirements: Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar role is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, such as walking and standing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass pre-employment background screenings WE ARE CAPITAL! Requirements
