This position is an entry-level and experienced field customer service role in the automotive industry, offering paid training, company-provided equipment, paid vacation, and benefits. Employees will earn a competitive hourly rate plus daily bonuses, potentially adding an additional $3 per hour or $5,700 per year. As a Frontliner, the role involves traveling on-site to automotive dealerships, utilizing company-provided equipment to capture high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual interior/exterior tours of vehicle inventory. The Frontliner will also assist with vehicle marketing by printing window stickers and other related services, aiming to service 15 or more vehicles daily once fully trained. The position requires becoming an expert on vehicle inventory status to ensure vehicles are online as quickly as possible and maintaining strong communication with dealers through daily check-ins and check-outs. Frontliners enjoy an independent work setting outdoors, working towards clear goals, providing outstanding customer service, and building relationships as a trusted partner to the dealership team.
