About The Position

Xcite Automotive is a fast-growing automotive service and a software-based company that helps dealers get vehicles frontline-ready quickly and efficiently. Over 1,300 automobile dealers nationwide rely on Xcite’s team of 500+ employees to provide on-site vehicle marketing and reconditioning solutions. Xcite Automotive brands include ReconLogic, CarStudioPros, VehicleStickers.io, and Xcite Photography. This position is an entry-level or experienced field customer service role in the automotive industry, offering paid training, equipment, paid vacation, and benefits. The role involves traveling on-site to automotive dealerships to capture high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual tours of vehicle inventory, as well as assisting with vehicle marketing by printing window stickers and other related services. A fully trained Frontliner is expected to service 15 or more vehicles daily. The role also involves becoming an expert on vehicle inventory status in the pre-sale process and maintaining strong communication with dealers.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment background check, including motor vehicle driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Manual transmission driving experience could be required.

Responsibilities

  • Travel on-site to our customers at automotive dealerships.
  • Utilize company provided equipment to take high quality photos, videos and 360 degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers ever changing vehicle inventory.
  • Assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle.
  • Service 15 or more vehicles each day (as a fully trained Frontliner).
  • Become an expert on the status of vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process.
  • Check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, providing dealers with the status of your work.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Make friends with the team at the dealership.
