About The Position

Xcite Automotive is a rapidly expanding automotive service and software company, established in 2007, with a mission to make the automotive industry faster, more innovative, and more profitable. The company assists over 1,300 automobile dealers nationwide by providing on-site vehicle marketing and reconditioning solutions through a team of over 500 employees. Xcite Automotive's brands include ReconLogic, CarStudioPros, VehicleStickers.io, and Xcite Photography. This position is for a Frontliner, which encompasses both entry-level and experienced field customer service roles within the automotive industry. The role offers paid training, company-provided equipment, paid vacation, and benefits, along with a competitive hourly rate and daily bonuses that can add up to an additional $3 per hour or $5,700 per year. Frontliners enjoy an independent work setting outdoors, working towards clear goals and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Insurance
Reliable transportation
Successfully complete pre-employment background check, including motor vehicle driving record

Manual transmission driving experience could be required

Responsibilities

Travel on-site to automotive dealerships.
Utilize company provided equipment to take high quality photos, videos and 360 degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers' ever changing vehicle inventory.
Assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle.
Service 15 or more vehicles each day (for a fully trained Frontliner).
Become an expert on the status of vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process to get as many vehicles online as possible.
Check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit.
Provide dealers with the status of your work.
Make friends with the team at the dealership.
