About The Position

The Warranty Administrator serves as the main point of contact between the Parts Distribution Center, dealerships, and manufacturers for submitting and reconciling small part and powertrain warranty claims.

Requirements

• Must maintain a positive and professional working relationship with coworkers, customers, and affiliates of the Fred Beans Organization
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Proficient in using the parts department computer system and calculator
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
• Ability to handle standardized situations with few or no variables
• Must be a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous warranty administration experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and dealerships for warranty and core products
• Utilize CDK to create and manage repair orders for warranty claim submissions
• Review claims to ensure compliance with manufacturers' policies and procedures
• Assist in developing and executing a small parts warranty program, including the creation of a process manual
• Learn and manage Powertrain Warranty and Core Programs
• Run weekly and monthly reports as directed by management
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and phone inquiries
• Manage special order parts within the CDK system
• Locate parts for customers using all available resources
