About The Position
NAPA Auto Parts - Hennig Auto Parts Inc is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team in Forest Grove, OR. As a small business, we pride ourselves on being professional, customer-centric, and supportive, with a goal to work together as a team to be the best NAPA Auto Parts store in Oregon. This position can be either part-time or full-time, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate various lifestyles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a lively atmosphere and be committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of parts and accessories in the store, receiving and processing orders, and assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette, collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, and keep the parts store clean, organized, and stocked. Staying up-to-date on market trends and new parts releases is also a key aspect of this position. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team. Previous experience in a parts department or similar retail role is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories is a plus, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
