Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the US
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry parts up to 50 pounds safely.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.

Automotive parts handling experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for the prompt delivery and pick-up of automotive parts between dealerships, service centers, and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and receipts, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
Communicate effectively with parts managers, service technicians, and vendors to coordinate parts availability and delivery schedules.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections of the parts truck/van to ensure transportation, safety and reliability of the vehicle.
Maintain the cleanliness of the parts vehicle.
Assist with receiving, storing and organizing the parts department as needed to support overall operations.
Load or unload supplies while it is being received or when being sent out to job sites.
Use excellent customer service skills; establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of staff.
