About The Position

Pecheles Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department in Greenville, North Carolina . This role is responsible for supporting a busy service department , driving parts sales, managing inventory performance, and developing a strong parts team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands dealership operations and knows how to maintain strong inventory control, gross profit, and technician support.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership parts management experience required
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, parts margins, and department KPIs
• Experience with dealership management systems
• Proven leadership and team development ability
• Ability to manage a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department
