Johnson Honda of Stuart has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full-Time Parts Counter Associate! We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill this open position immediately!. Requirements

  • Must be self-motivating
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Must be Able to Meet Company's Requirements for Employment
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
  • Proven Ability to Prioritize Multiple Tasks and Follow up Consistently
  • Must be dependable
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and driving record check and we E-Verify
  • Must have a flexible work schedule and able to work Saturdays

Nice To Haves

  • ADP Experience Preferred, yet not Required
  • Honda experience Preferred, yet not Required
  • Parts Counter experience preferred
  • Basic Computer Knowledge including Microsoft Office Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Learn and use the ADP computer system for daily parts sales and inventory control;
  • Effectively master the ability to search model specific parts;
  • Have an understanding of inventory control;
  • Assist with retail marketing or merchandising;
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Update stocked inventory documentation and driver delivery logs;
  • Assist in keeping parts storage area neat and clean at all times;
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor;
  • Other duties as assigned by management
