We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. In this role, you will sell automotive parts to customers through various channels, including over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a solid understanding of automotive parts, and a proven ability to manage multiple sales channels effectively. Retail Parts Counterperson Compensation and Benefits: Automotive Parts Counterperson Competitive Pay: $2,000 base salary plus 3.2% commission of parts gross. Average monthly earnings of $4,600. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.
