About The Position
2024 USA Today Workplace! We are currently accepting applications for parts counter specialists at our Jackie Cooper INFINITI dealership in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish. Work with parts manager to locate any parts currently not in stock. Complete special order part request. Communicate with internal customers on parts status. Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure parts department and inventory is well organized to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant experience in an automotive parts department or retail store.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
