About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment for our Maxi Automotive Brighton, MI store. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day. Applicant must be able to drive and hold a valid DL and learn our dispatch system as well.

Requirements

• Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of Age
• Valid Driver’s License
• No major violations
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
• No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
• Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
• Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more!
• Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
• Support our customers’ needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
• Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
• Contribute to the store’s daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
• Run deliveries , put away stock and helping with inventory.
