About The Position
Join our team in Winamac, IN as a Part-Time Automotive Parts Counter Sales & Delivery Specialist! We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual with strong automotive knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a dynamic workday. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day. The role will initially be part‑time, with a planned transition to full‑time as you become established in the position and operational needs expand.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have had valid license for a minimum of 2 years
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, and in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age.
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
- Pass Physical & Drug Screen
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
- Conduct all activities using a customer focused perspective, always providing efficient and accurate expertise.
- Finalize sales using methods such as phone calls, in person communication, and more!
- Establish a deep knowledge of the parts and services we provide to our customers.
- Support our customers’ needs through always offering all product options to our customers and exemplifying our Never Say No values.
- Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Contribute to the store’s daily operations by processing returns and assisting newer store personnel.
