Requirements

  • One to two years of prior automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership environment
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
  • Computer literate with basic data entry skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays to meet department needs

Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and bill all automotive parts accurately
  • Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
  • Stock shelves and keep the parts department neat and clean
  • Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phones professionally
  • Manage parts inventory through bin counts and detailed record keeping
  • Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
