Requirements

One to two years of prior automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership environment
Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
Computer literate with basic data entry skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
Flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays to meet department needs

Responsibilities

Order, receive, and bill all automotive parts accurately
Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
Stock shelves and keep the parts department neat and clean
Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phones professionally
Manage parts inventory through bin counts and detailed record keeping
Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as needed
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by management
