• Must have a valid, in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct parts are ordered, procured, and effectively stored or delivered to technicians.
• Determine customer needs based on vehicle information and inquiries.
• Promote add-on items to increase sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction indices.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and repair orders, including pricing and delivery estimates.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage multiple parts orders and sales simultaneously.
• Participate in team planning and release meetings.
• Process transactions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Utilize training to gain product knowledge and assist customers effectively.
• Handle administrative processes in compliance with company policies.
