Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in parts or automotive retail is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Suggest companion parts, specials, and product lineups
• Pull parts from stock and process orders for delivery, shipment, or pickup
• Order non-stocked parts based on availability
• Support service technicians in sourcing repair parts
• Provide clear communication on pricing, availability, and ETA
