Requirements

1+ year of dealership parts experience
21+ years old with a valid driver license and solid driving history
Strong phone and interpersonal skills
Able to lift 50 lbs and stay active in a busy warehouse

Responsibilities

Help every guest—whether they’re at the retail counter, a wholesale partner, or our own service tech team—find exactly the parts they need
Ensure customers have everything for the repair by suggesting companion parts and sharing our latest specials
Manage incoming calls, provide lightning-fast price quotes, and keep our computer system accurate and up to date
Stay on top of special orders and keep customers in the loop the second their parts arrive
Handle payments and record-keeping for repair orders, invoices, and insurance estimates with total accuracy
Keep the shelves stocked, organize daily shipments, and relentlessly follow up on back-ordered items
Hunt down out-of-stock parts from outside sources and pull the trigger on emergency orders when time is of the essence
Keep the Parts Manager updated on stock levels and jump in to assist with parts deliveries whenever the team needs a hand
Stay ahead of the curve by participating in training on the newest products and updates
