Paintless Dent Repair Technician (PDR Tech) All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking a full-time detail-oriented Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team. As a PDR Tech, you will be responsible for removing minor dents and dings from vehicle surfaces without the need for painting. This role requires high precision and expertise to restore vehicles to their original condition. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate technical skills and have a minimum of two years of experience in Paintless Dent Repair. Depending on dealership needs, you may be required to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

  • 2 years of proven experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician or similar role.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Proficiency with PDR tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform paintless dent repair on various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
  • Assess the extent of damage and determine the best repair techniques.

  • Ensure all repairs meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers about repair status and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest PDR techniques and industry advancements.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
