First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000 Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+ The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Requirements

Responsibilities

Cast Spells on Dents:â¯Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers, either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
Enchant Customers:â¯Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
Train Future Wizards:â¯Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.
