Requirements

Auto Painting Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.
Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence.
Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds.
Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must.

Responsibilities

Create Masterpieces: Use the latest spray equipment and proven techniques to inspect, prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces.
Dazzle Customers: Work at automotive dealerships, rental agencies, and auto auctions to deliver everything from simple touch-ups to repairing paint damage.
