An Office Assistant at One Automotive Group (OAG) is an important piece of the customer service and support to our business office. Requirements

Automotive Office Assistance: Accounting knowledge and experience
Must be able to multi-task and be able to work in a busy work environment, dealing with interruptions daily
Above average oral and written communications with attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility in accepting assignments of various support tasks in a frequently changing work environment managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Accounting: 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

Reynolds & Reynolds is preferred
Previous dealership administrative and accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Post payable invoices, reconcile accounts payable statements, process checks
Stock incoming new and used vehicles
Reconcile factory receivable schedules
Prepare and post daily bank deposits
Cleaning and maintaining accounting schedules
Other administrative duties as assigned
Provide administrative support to management, and other departments and employees as needed.
