About The Position

Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands, including Caliber Auto Glass, is seeking highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused Mobile Auto Glass Technicians. This role involves performing all-purpose duties related to automotive glass, such as replacement and repair of damaged glass, conducting pre and post inspections with customers, utilizing various tools and scanning equipment, and completing documentation on mobile devices. Technicians will also be responsible for removing and installing trim panels and interior parts without causing damage, and effectively prioritizing and managing their time to complete daily tasks. Protech Automotive Solutions has over 20 years of experience in various automotive repairs, from hands-on mechanical repair and replacement of suspension, drive modules, and frames, to advanced diagnostic opportunities involving complicated computerized vehicle control systems and soft touch repair of delicate vehicle interior trim components. The company provides a fast-paced work environment with opportunities for advanced skill development, supplying its team with the latest computerized diagnostic equipment, factory diagnostic and programming software components, and tools. Mobile technicians are provided with a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.

Requirements

Be at least 21+ years of age
Have a valid driver’s license
Be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
