Requirements
- The most important factor is Accuracy. You must be able to diagnose vehicles correctly the first time to ensure customer safety and shop efficiency.
- Master of Diagnosis: Expert-level ability to troubleshoot domestic, European, and Asian vehicles (Light Trucks & Cars).
- Full Toolset: You own a professional-grade inventory of tools and diagnostic equipment.
- All-Around Experience: Proven track record in engine performance, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and HVAC.
- Efficiency: Ability to turn hours while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Professionalism: A valid driver’s license and a commitment to keeping a clean, organized workspace.
