What You'll Do: Use computerized diagnostic tools, gauges, and precision instruments to test and analyze issues Perform scheduled maintenance: oil changes, fluid services, tune-ups, spark plugs, filters, etc. Align wheels, axles, and steering components with specialized alignment equipment Repair and adjust brakes, steering, and suspension systems Tear down and rebuild components like starters, alternators, A/C systems, and power assemblies Rewire electrical systems, troubleshoot ignition, fuel, and emissions controls Service hybrid and fuel-efficient vehicles, including sensors and electronic modules Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems Follow repair checklists, work plans, and technical manuals Communicate findings and estimates to service advisors and assist teammates when needed Keep work area clean and organized; take full responsibility and pride in your work Why Chapel Hill Tire? Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the automotive field with a focus on diagnostics and repairs preferred
• Valid driver’s license required, and ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A methodical, detail-oriented approach to every task.
• A commitment to continuously building your expertise.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
