About The Position

Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine is looking for skilled and motivated ASE Certified Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, coupled with a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Their primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. Requirements

ASE Certification is mandatory.
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with modern automotive technology and tools.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues.
Accurately document all repairs and services performed on vehicles.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repair timelines.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
