About The Position

We are seeking a top-notch, experienced Automotive Master Technician to work in our growing service department at Kia of Streetsboro ! This shop is full of opportunity and WORK! Applicant should have knowledge of different makes and models and comfortable with minor diagnostic. They must be goal focused, detail oriented and a self starter. The right applicant can expect to make up to 60+ dollars per hour. We are EXTREMELY busy at Kia of Streetsboro and are looking for a Master Technician who is seeking his/her forever home! Service Technician Responsibilities: Inspect vehicles and diagnose the problem(s). Provide an excellent customer service experience by performing quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Provide an estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance. Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology Build and maintain knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and completion of manufacturer training Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills Maintain a safe and clean workspace Service Technician Requirements: 5 years Automotive service technician experience Energetic with a positive attitude Devotion to your work as a career Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
