Requirements
- Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge service, or premium automotive sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Poise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presence and an appreciation for luxury brands and design.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Curate vehicle presentations tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.
- Ensure a flawless purchase experience.
- Host exclusive test-drive appointments, delivery experiences, and attend private events.
- Anticipate client needs before they're expressed, exceeding expectations at every turn.
- Build long-term relationships that inspire loyalty and repeat business.
- Represent the LaFontaine Luxury brand with confidence, elegance, and enthusiasm.
- Create and publish elevated, luxury-focused social media content that reflects the brand's prestige showcasing vehicles, experiences, and the refined culture of LaFontaine Luxury.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all posts meet high visual and storytelling standards consistent with premium automotive branding.
