Job Description Rusty Wallace Ford is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance services while following dealership and manufacturer procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or continue a career in automotive service with no weekend work and a clear path to advancement. Pay Competitive pay based on skill level and experience. Job Type and Schedule Full time Monday through Friday only . No weekends Work Requirements Ability to commute to Dandridge, TN required In person, on site position Valid driver’s license required
Requirements
- Previous lube or automotive service experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced service environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to commute to Dandridge, TN required
- In person, on site position
Nice To Haves
- Previous lube or automotive service experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
- Complete multi point inspections accurately and on time
- Identify maintenance or safety concerns and communicate findings clearly
- Follow Ford and dealership service procedures
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to support workflow
