About The Position
Great Lakes Honda West is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Porter to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shift
- Schedule 9AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and appearance of vehicle inventory on the lot
- Move, park, and arrange vehicles as directed by management
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly staged for display or delivery
- Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transportation
- Keep lot free of debris, snow, and hazards
- Support Sales and Service departments as needed
- Perform basic building and grounds upkeep
