About The Position

Automotive Lot Attendant (Sales and Service) Do you love cars and enjoy helping people every day? Join Wendle Motors, a family-owned and operated dealership in Spokane, WA, as an Automotive Lot Attendant to support both our Sales and Service Teams. Work in a fun, friendly atmosphere where you can grow your career while providing a best-in-class customer experience. Schedule & Pay: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. Full-time , weekends required. Qualifications: Positive, customer-first attitude with a can-do approach. Ability to follow directions, take feedback, and communicate effectively with both team members and customers. Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in automotive service or lot attendant roles is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Move, park, and retrieve vehicles safely around the lot and service drive. Greet customers warmly, assist with vehicle needs, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout interactions. Install seat covers, floor mats, and assist with vehicle check-in. Wash and prepare vehicles for service and delivery. Ensure all vehicles have correct information displayed, inspect for damage, and report as needed. Clean, detail, and organize vehicles, service areas, and the showroom. Shuttle customers to and from the dealership and assist the sales and service departments with various tasks and pick-ups and deliveries as needed. Support both Sales and Service departments with daily tasks and special projects. Follow all dealership safety standards and driving policies.
