About The Position

The Automotive Lot Attendant plays a key role in maintaining and servicing vehicles on the lot to ensure a seamless experience for customers. This position involves daily interaction with various teams including Product Specialists, Service Managers, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers. The goal is to guarantee complete customer satisfaction upon delivery of their vehicle.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to safely handle machinery and operate vehicles, including manual transmissions
Demonstrated customer service skills
Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire
Authorization to work in the USA
Ability to perform duties safely and reliably
Pass pre-employment tests including background check, motor vehicle record, drug test, and credit report
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

Align with company vision and mission while leading yourself and assisting the team
Remove protective coverings and ID tags from vehicles before delivery to customers
Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages; report any issues immediately
Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot, moving vehicles as directed according to dealership standards
Transport vehicles to and from storage areas
Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive
Maintain building and grounds as needed
Assist with shop cleanup and deliveries when required
