About The Position

Automotive Lot Attendant / Vehicle Prep (Car Washer) – Full-Time Lancaster, PA | Pay: $14 – $16/hr Be part of our newly opened LCM Quality Pre-Owned facility, a member of the Lancaster County Motors family of dealerships in Lancaster, PA! This facility is located at 1282 Manheim Pike in Lancaster. We’re hiring a Full-Time Automotive Lot Attendant / Vehicle Prep team member to keep our vehicles clean, staged, and ready for customers. No automotive experience needed – we provide training!

Requirements

• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Can follow instructions and communicate in English
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
• Will pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles for delivery
• Perform quality checks and prep vehicles for sale
• Apply tire and wheel well dressing, replace minor parts (hubcaps, etc.)
• Fuel vehicles and inspect incoming deliveries
• Move and stage vehicles on the lot
• Transport vehicles and parts between dealerships
• Maintain a clean, safe lot and shop
• Help with general maintenance, snow removal, and other duties
