About The Position

The company supports numerous top-tier lenders and financial institutions with collateral recovery. As an Automotive Locksmith Technician on our team, you will be responsible for maintaining all Customer and Company policies and procedures required to meet compliance, maintaining equipment and inventory within an assigned company vehicle, accurately submitting photos, invoices, and work orders into an invoicing system on a timely basis, using Lishi’s to decode locks, and cutting and programming new vehicle keys.

Requirements

• At least 25 years of age
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience Locksmithing
• Punctual and responsible
• Detail-oriented and a team player
• Motivated and can work without constant supervision
• Organized and driven to meet deadlines
• Valid Texas Driver’s license without a suspension in the last two years
• Reliable transportation
• Clean background
• Can pass pre-employment screening and unannounced drug screening throughout employment
• Can thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environment

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming
• Ignition removal experience
• 1-2 years lishing experience
• All keys lost experience
• Basic computer experience and typing skills
• Smartphone with a good quality camera
• Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, cameras etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Customer and Company policies and procedures required to meet compliance
• Maintain equipment and inventory within an assigned company vehicle
• Accurately submit photos, invoices, and work orders into an invoicing system on a timely basis
• Using Lishi’s to decode locks
• Cut and program new vehicle keys
