We are currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Light Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in Globe, AZ. Position Summary The Automotive Light Maintenance and Repair Technician plays a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of vehicle services. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting team members to promote operational success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent recommended but not required.
- No certifications required.
- Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company motor vehicle record requirements.
- Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
- Capability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, handling objects, kneeling, and crouching.
- Visual abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Safe operation of equipment and vehicles at all times.
- Adhere to company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
- Follow safety procedures and properly use equipment.
- Maintain consistent attendance and responsiveness to management.

- Local state inspection license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently.
- Assess and identify additional vehicle service needs.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all services and notify management of any issues with parts or processes.
- Ensure vehicles remain clean during servicing and repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing prompt and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Complete all assigned tasks as requested by management.
