About The Position

The Junior Service Advisor serves as a key liaison between our customers and Service Technicians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, explaining technical information in a customer-friendly way, and taking an active role in delivering an exceptional service experience. You won’t be stuck behind a desk—this position allows you to stay engaged on the service drive, support technicians, and ensure customers fully understand recommended services to keep their vehicles operating at their best.

Requirements

  • Must have 1+ year Service Advisor experience in automotive field.
  • Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI requirements.
  • Must have customer service experience.
  • Strong character and work ethic
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Dependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitude
  • Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, insurability, and drug testing to qualify for employment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication on vehicle needs and service recommendations
  • Prepare and manage repair orders (ROs) by accurately documenting symptoms, diagnostics, repairs, and services in the service system
  • Provide customers with clear and accurate estimates, including diagnostic fees, and obtain proper authorization for services
  • Conduct a thorough vehicle redelivery process, reviewing completed work and answering customer questions
  • Support customer service operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments (as needed), and providing service status updates
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction

  • Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
  • Collect payments, close repair orders, and maintain accurate daily records
