Requirements

Experience as a Journeyman Technician in a dealership or similar setting
Strong knowledge of manufacturer service procedures and guidelines
Efficient and accurate diagnostic skills
Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
ASE certifications preferred; willingness to continue training
ASE certifications are ideal.
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Perform service and repair tasks efficiently, following Cadillac and OEM standards
Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
Service and repair major vehicle systems, including:
Engines & transmissions
Suspension & steering
Braking systems
Electrical & AC systems
Complete warranty work to manufacturer specs and document repairs thoroughly
Collaborate with service advisors on repair needs, updates, and time estimates
Double-check every repair for accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction
