Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive technician
- Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Ability to flag time while maintaining quality workmanship
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to earn—we support you)
- Professional, team-oriented mindset
- 1 year of automotive experience.
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to factory standards
- Perform advanced repairs on: Engines & transmissions Hybrid & EV systems Electrical, suspension & braking systems
- Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately and efficiently
- Road test vehicles and verify repairs using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity
