People with retail sale background encouraged to apply. Job Description: Answering Sales leads by phone, text message, and email. Setting Appointments to Show and Sell Cars and Trucks. Familiarizing Customers' with the Features and Controls on their New Vehicle. Following up with Sold and Unsold leads. Creating a Great Customer Experience. Requirements
- Two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
- Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
- Mathematical skills including, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Desire to be Successful.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience providing quality customer service
- Ability to plan and organize your own daily selling activity to secure new business
- Team player
- Strong negotiation skills
