Requirements

  • Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and CRM proficiency
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages
  • Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication
  • Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate and detailed notes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs
  • Follow up on unsold leads and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and conversions
