Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with email and text communication
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on internet and showroom sales leads
  • Schedule appointments and conduct timely follow-up
  • Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs
  • Deliver professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Explain available options, features, and add-ons
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer information in CRM
  • Learn and follow dealership sales process and customer experience standards
  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain showroom and lot presentation
  • Report to Sales Management regarding goals and performance
