If you have at least one year of proven Automotive Dealership Internet Sales experience, we want to meet you. The Automotive Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers to find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and providing an exceptional guest experience through the sales process.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of previous automotive Internet sales experience within a dealership
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills
A passion for helping people find their dream cars
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude
A drive to succeed and build a lasting career
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
18 years or older required
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound Internet, phone, text, and digital leads.
Manage follow-up and set appointments using CRM, email, phone, and SMS.
Coordinate and confirm showroom visits and test drives.
Use consultative selling skills to help customers select the right vehicle.
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Stay knowledgeable on vehicle models, features, and competitive offerings.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing questions and concerns.
Take ownership of the customer journey to create a strong dealership impression.
