About The Position

Sheehy Lincoln Ford of Richmond is seeking Experienced Internet Sales Consultants to join their high-performing team. This role involves managing internet leads and providing exceptional customer service from lead conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have prior internet sales experience and the ability to build professional relationships while achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• 6 months of Internet Sales Experience in ANY field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required.
• Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality and eager to improve.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proven track record in sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
• Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
