Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create lifelong customers by assisting them in selecting the right vehicle through attentive questioning and listening.
- Become a vehicle expert by understanding the details of our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, performance reviews, and analyses.
