Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects using their preferred method: phone, email, or in person
• Provide accurate information about our products and services, staying knowledgeable or eager to learn about dealership offerings
• Direct customers to relevant online product resources
• Support and satisfy transportation needs of internet-generated customers
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs
• Check and respond promptly to email inquiries throughout the day
• Coordinate internet promotions with dealership sales campaigns and advertising efforts
• Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business
• Participate in sales meetings and ongoing product training
