Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is seeking an experienced Interior Repair Specialist to join our high-volume used car reconditioning team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in restoring vehicle interiors to retail-ready condition with quality and efficiency. Requirements

Proven experience in automotive interior repair and reconditioning
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and professional

Nice To Haves

Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred

Responsibilities

Repair and recondition vehicle interiors to retail standards
Perform seat repair, vinyl and leather repair, dyeing, and color matching
Repair minor burns, tears, cracks, and trim damage
Carpet and headliner spot repair where applicable
Maintain high-quality standards while meeting reconditioning timelines
Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams
