About The Position

Biondi Motor Company is seeking a friendly and outgoing Automotive Greeter to join our team in Monroeville, PA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the dealership.
• Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain a clean and organized front lobby area.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic information about services and inventory.
• Support the sales and service teams as needed to enhance the customer experience.
